Cottagecore jewellery handmade in London 💙

Just in case you haven’t been keeping up with our socials (do you follow us @lunetacreations on Instagram yet?), we’ve just launched a super sweet autumnal jewellery drop, inspired by cottagecore and nature - think butterflies, swans, and roses 🦢🦋🌹 Basically the images I see during my daily walks around Clissold Park in London. I think they would all look just great with 70s prairie dresses, ruffle blouses and smock tops! It took me months to accumulate enough vintage beads and pendants to suit this theme, of course. I love how the collection came together, and as usual, besides my own original creations using vintage beads, I also curated some original vintage necklaces and brooches. Which one is your favourite? Shimmy over to our New In section to see all our “new” sustainable jewellery!

In terms of the vintage beads I used to make my own creations for this drop, the Periwinkle Blue Beaded Necklace has some of the oldest ones I’ve ever found - the main blue ones date from the Arts & Crafts movement in the early 1900s 🥹 Actually, the “youngest” beads I used for this drop were the frosted butterfly pendants, which date from the 1970s! All other beads are from between the 1900s and then. A rare and amazing selection, if I do say so myself.

Most of my own designs are one-off pieces, as I’m unable to find a lot of the same vintage beads and pendants most of the time. So if anything takes your fancy, be sure to act fast and grab it! 💙

PS: Don’t forget to 10% off your first order by subscribing to our newsletter! Orders over £40 get free UK shipping, and we ship globally through Royal Mail. If you have any sustainable jewellery dreams, I’d love to make them happen through a commission 😊
